You're Not In This By Yourself

Good Morning!

Happy New Year! It’s the second day of 2024. Your future is so bright and amazing, it’s going to take faith to get there! Thank you for starting your day with the Faith in the Morning newsletter. Before we get to today’s newsletter, I want to encourage you to do two things:

So be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid and do not panic before them. For the LORD your God will personally go ahead of you. He will neither fail you nor abandon you.”

Deut 31:6 NLT

As you face this new year, I want to remind you of the simple and profound truth, you’re not in this by yourself. As Moses reminded the Children of Israel entering the Promise Land, remember the Lord is with you. He will not leave you, abandon you, or fail you. He has not brought you this far to leave you. In every situation you face, He is right there with you. He is there to help you, strengthen you, guide you, and deliver you.

When you know that God is with you, you can make the decision to not be afraid. You can make the decision not to panic. Why? Because the One Who is with you is greater than the enemy and situation you face.

As we cover in today’s podcast devotional, knowing our God and what He desires to do in our life is key to experiencing His plan for our life. When you know that He is the God of Peace, you know that the storm will end because God desires for you to live in peace. When you know that He is the God Who heals you, you know no matter the diagnosis, your end result is healing. Since you know Him and His word to be true, you make steps forward in the natural. You do the natural things you know to do. You work through situations. You make decisions to live a healthy lifestyle. All the while knowing that God is placing His super on your natural.

You’re not in this by yourself. God is helping you. You may feel alone, but you’re not. You may feel like no one else gets it or that you’re destined to be locked into this situation forever. Your feelings are valid, but they are not the truth. God is with you and He will deliver you because He loves you. Place your faith in His love. In addition to all of that wonderful truth, there are thousands of people who are part of this Faith in the Morning community with you. Together, we are growing in our faith, praying for each other, and believing for God’s best to show up in all of our lives. You’re not in this by yourself. You will win. God has gifted you! Have you discovered your gifts? In future emails, I am going to share about how the gifts God has given you will enable you to be the light of world in very unique way.
