Good Morning!

Happy Monday! God wants us healed, healthy, and whole! To be healthy means to be in a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and is not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. If we are going to be healthy, we need to follow God’s wisdom on how to be healthy.

Proverbs 3:5-8 says, “Trust in the LORD with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take. Don't be impressed with your own wisdom. Instead, fear the LORD and turn away from evil. Then you will have healing for your body and strength for your bones.” (NLT)

Our path to being healthy in every area of our life starts with our trust in God. If we depend on our own understanding, we will not seek God’s will. If we don’t seek God’s will, we are actually impressed with our own wisdom. As we continually seek Him, God shows us what to do. As we do what He shows us, we are turning away from ways that do not please Him. This is the path to healthy living.

Pray this with me today, “Father, thank you for being my healer. Help me to seek you in every area of my life so that I can experience the healthy life you have for me. Jesus took my infirmities and carried away my sicknesses so I’m getting stronger every day. He paid the price for my healing so I deny the right for sickness, disease, and pain to stay in my body. By the power of the love of God and the blood of Jesus, I am healed, healthy, and whole. As I make room for you and seek you, I know you will show me what to do. Thank you Father for loving me so well. In Jesus’ name, amen.”
