Stay "Very Mindful" Of This
Bless the LORD, O my soul; And all that is within me, bless His holy name! Bless the LORD, O my soul, And forget not all His benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases,
Psalm 103:1-3 (NKJV)
Good Morning!
What are you mindful of? In Psalm 103, David tells his soul to bless the Lord and to not forget all of the Lord’s benefits. David’s goal was to stay “very mindful” of the benefits of God. You should as well because God wants you healed, healthy, and whole in every area of your life.
How do we remember or stay mindful of something? We write it down. We place reminders in areas that we frequent. We talk about it. There are many ways that you remind yourself of the things you want to remember. Today, take the same approach to all the benefits God has for you! Stay “very mindful” of all of his wonderful benefits.

On August 18th, I challenged my Faith family to take communion every day until September 15th. To learn why and see the benefits that it will bring your life, watch The Cup, the Covenant, & the Contradictions. I would love for you to join us in taking communion every day. I believe something special will take place in your life and heart as you do. Have a great day!
