The Right Place At The Right Time

When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting.

Acts 2:1-2 (NKJV)

Good Morning! Happy Friday!

On the Day of Pentecost, the early disciples were in the right place at the right time. In Acts 1, Jesus told them, “For John baptized with water, but you will be baptized and empowered and united with the Holy Spirit, not long from now.” (Acts 1:5 AMP). The fulfillment of this promise came on the Day of Pentecost which is a set time (moed in Hebrew) on God’s calendar.

There was a set time approaching, but the disciples did not fully know what it meant. However, they knew enough to be where Jesus told them to be. As a result, they were at the right place at the set time.

We all have heard stories of people being in the wrong place at the wrong time. But, that is not your story! You have the Holy Spirit leading you, empowering you, guiding you, and helping you. As you follow Him, you will always find yourself at the right place, at the right time, with the right people doing the right things. People around you may call it “a coincidence.” However, you see it as providence.

Today, don’t stress because you don’t know how God is going to work out your situation. Trust Him and follow the leading of the Spirit because you know He will have you at the right place, at the right time. Say this with me as we close today’s newsletter, “I follow the leading of the Holy Spirit, therefore I am always at the right place, at the right time, with the right people doing the right thing.”

Thank you for starting your day with Faith in the Morning. We love you and are praying for you. Have a miraculous day!
