Good Morning!

God has more favor and open doors for you today! On Sunday at Faith, I shared how God has been setting you up for the wonderful future He has for you. If you missed Sunday’s message, please listen to it. We’ll be referencing it throughout the week. During Sunday’s message and in Faith in the Morning this week, I’ve encouraged you to pray for open doors and favor your yourself, your family, and this entire Faith in the Morning family.

As you pray for open doors, you must walk through the doors God opens for you. Also, when God tells you to open a door for someone or show someone favor, you need to be quick to do so. Proverbs 12:2 says, “A good man obtains favor from the LORD, but a man of wicked intentions He will condemn.” When we decide to make being good to others our lifestyle, we will obtain and secure favor from God.

Do not let mercy and kindness and truth leave you [instead let these qualities define you]; Bind them [securely] around your neck, Write them on the tablet of your heart. 4 So find favor and high esteem In the sight of God and man.

Proverbs 3:3-4 (AMP)

When mercy, kindness, and truth define you, you are living a life that pleases God and a life that is a blessing to others. As you live this way, you will find favor. This word for find means you will secure it and encounter it. When we choose to be the light, to be good to others, to walk in love, and to forgive everyone of everything, we are setting ourselves up for favor to flood our lives. As we say in our daily Faith in the Morning confession and affirmation, “I make myself available for God to show His goodness to others through me.” As you let God be good through you, you will increasingly encounter more favor from Him. Living this way and actively believing for favor to operate in your life is the key to experience a lifestyle of favor.
