Good Morning!

Welcome to March! Last month, we read through the Books of Acts and Jude together. This month, let’s read through the Book of Matthew from March 1st to March 28th. I believe as we read through the Gospel of Matthew we will prepare our hearts to commemorate and celebrate the crucifixion and resurrection of our Lord Jesus.

I have a prayer request! This weekend, I will be sharing at the ONE Men’s Conference in Newport, Wales. Will you pray for Pastor Robbie Howells, Pastor Paul Brady, Pastor Bruce Mphepo, and myself as we minister this weekend? Please pray for a free flow of the Spirit and a wide door of utterance to be granted to us so that we may accomplish Heaven’s purpose for this meeting. Thank you for praying for us! I appreciate your prayers!

At the beginning of this week, I asked you to ponder the concept of being a wise steward of God’s favor and to ask God to show you how you can be a wise steward of His favor. Whatever you steward well, increases. Whatever you sow, you reap. Whatever you give, comes back to you.

"Give, and it will be given to you. They will pour into your lap a good measure--pressed down, shaken together, and running over [with no space left for more]. For with the standard of measurement you use [when you do good to others], it will be measured to you in return."

Luke 6:38 AMP

When you do good to others, show favor to others, and help others, it returns to you in an increased way. As you go throughout this weekend, find someone you can show favor. Whether it is as simple as letting them go before you in line or purchasing their coffee, make a decision to be good to others. Find someone you know that needs help taking advantage of an opportunity God has brought their way. Once you identify that person, ask God for ways to help them walk through the door He has opened for them. When we are actively seeking ways to be good to others, the favor of God will increase in our lives.

Pray this prayer with me today, “Father, thank you for your favor. I ask that you show us how we all can be wise stewards of your favor, show favor to others, and help others walk through the doors you have opened for them. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”
