Good Morning!

Happy MLK Day! I hope you are having a great holiday weekend. As we observe MLK Day, I encourage you to take some time to listen to an entire message of Dr. King. I know we are all used to graphics and short quotes that we see circulating on the internet on this holiday. However, I encourage you to take time to listen to or read a full sermon or letter from Dr. King.

As you read his writings and listen to his message, you realize that what we see in our nation today is only part of Dr. King’s Dream realized. There was far more to it. However, a portion of his dreamed changed this nation. What can your dream do?

You’re not Dr. King, but God has put a dream in your heart. The dream within your heart needs to come to pass. As the dream in your heart unfolds, more people will be impacted by the goodness of God through your life. Don’t give up on your God-given dream. It has the power to change lives forever. God hasn’t given up on you or the dream in your heart. Today, choose to hope again and believe that God can take you another step forward into the future He has for you.
